How To Order?

Placing your order:

After you decide what to order, email at roslinda208@gmail.com or text to 017-3288861

Processing:

We will check the availability of the stock, price quotation and revert back to you.

Payment:

Once confirmed, 70% deposit for order is required (or at least 50%). After completing the payment, kindly provide me the following details (please do not just inform on making payment.. these details are important!)

-Item to order (name/style number/colors)
-Payment Amount
-Proof of Payment (reference no, date & time)

**If you are using maybank2u, please insert my email for instant payment notifications. For cash bank-in, please provide the date/time and atm branch.

Anticipation

Your job is done here. Leave the rest up to us. Please allow 2-3 weeks to the items to arrive Malaysia. Please note that there might be some delays due to the US Postal Service transit time and customs clearing process. Please be patient ya!

Arrivals of Items:

Once the items arrived in my hand, i will notify you for the balance of payment plus the postage cost. COD also can be arrange. Again, please notify and provide us the proof of payment.

Delivery:

All items will be delivered by Poslaju. Tracking number will be provided. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damages of items during delivery as this is beyond our control. Unless you require insurance with an additional small fee of RM3, we will help you to file the claim for the lost or damages of your items.

FEE:

RM10 flat rate for each bags and sunglass.

RM5 flat rate for each wallets/wristlets/cosmetic pouch and other small items.

Terms and Conditions

All sales are final. Items sold are non-refundable/returnable/exchangable (with the exception of proven authenticity issues/mis-matched order only)

All listed items are subjected to availability. Money only will be refunded if your desired item is out of stock.

Items availability is based on a first come first served basis upon payment.

Please note that prices may change without prior notice. This may caused by the changes in foreign exchange rates and customs duty.

We don't responsible for lost or damages of the items during delivery. Once the item is out, it is beyond our control. Unless you request to add insurance, of course, additional small fee applied.
