TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.  All sales are FINAL. Please ask any questions prior to buying/ordering.
2. Goods will be shipped via POSLAJU. Tracking number will be updated on blog.
3. COD only available at Giant Batu Caves. 
4. Full amount only will be refunded in case the goods are not available. 
5. Seller will not be held responsible if there's any lost or damage of items during delivery. (Be it from US to Malaysia or from Me to You). For items valued above RM1000, we suggest that buyers to purchase Poslaju Insurance by adding RM3 to the postage cost. (RM3 will cover up to RM2000).
6. Exact availability changes from time to time.
7. Measurement provided might differ within 1-2 cm.
8. No Cancellation and No Money Refund once the payment and booking payment is made. However, change of items depends on availability.
9. Prices may subject to changes, without prior notice (depends on foreign exchange rates, sales tax and US market price).

READY STOCKS
Please bank in the FULL amount or you can also opt for 2 monthly installments. Please note that if you opt for the monthly installments, your item will only be mailed to you after completion of your installments (full payment).

PRE-ORDERS
For items that need to be ordered, please bank in 70% (or at least 50%) of the total amount to confirm your order. The balance is to be paid once your item reaches at my end and when is ready to be mailed to you. You will be notified when your item is here. Please note that we will only post the item to you after receiving the final payment..

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DON'T HAVE CONTROLS OVER THE TRANSIT TIME. THERE MIGHT BE TRANSIT DELAYS ESPECIALLY DURING PEAK SEASON (I.E. CHRISTMAS) AND WINTER SEASON.

AFTER SALES:
We will try to describe the items best possible. But if you have any issues regarding the items you purchased, appreciate if you not to simply make a wall post. PLEASE BE POLITE and use Private Message. I am sure that there will be ways to solve things out between seller and buyer.
