Shipping from the USA:
Shipping from the US takes 10-14 working days via USPS Priority Mail. Once the items reach Malaysia, they will be subject to inspection by the Royal Malaysian Customs - a government body responsible for regulating the importation of goods into the country. The custom clearance process usually takes 1 week, but can stretch to even 2 weeks depending on their workload. As a law abiding entity, we adhere to all customs rules and regulations and our packages are subject to the usual customs processes placed. The impact on the delivery time is that there will be an additional 1-2 weeks that customs takes to process clearance for our packages.

All domestic shipping is done via Poslaju. COD can be done only at Giant Batu Caves.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage if insurance is not purchased. If you want to have a peace of mind for your package during delivery to you, we suggest that you purchased insurance by adding RM3 to the postage cost.
Poslaju takes 1 working day to ship to Peninsular Malaysia and 1 working days to ship to East Malaysia.
